THe phoenix rising energy is here!

This month I invite you to take a few moments to think about yourself and your own unique abilities. Every person is unique. Think about what it is that makes you, You! I would like everyone to become more aware of who they are instead of who other people want or expect them to be. For many years I've been aware of the powerful symbolism represented by the image of The Phoenix Bird Rising from it's own ashes. Often in my work helping others I will feel this energy around them and I know it is a powerful message about rebirth, renewal and hope. It amazes me how resilient the human spirit can be and how much courage and strength can come from persevering through overwhelming struggles and pain.

This is how strong humans are made after all, through struggle and strife but willing to keep rising and growing stronger through it all. This last few months have been very testing mentally and emotionally on everyone. It is important now more than ever to take time to centre and ground yourself and remember to breathe and let go of anything that is no longer serving your highest good. This month really is about letting go of the past and embracing the future by preparing yourself in the present to be everything you came here to be. You and your unique abilities are really needed now. So rise up out of fear and Be The Phoenix Rising Out of the Ashes. There is so much power in this month of November. The number 11 is a key for awakening on many levels. Embrace what you need and let go of everything else.
